NRL Top 13 ("the Game", "we", "us") is an independent, fan-made browser game operated by Edward O'Rourke Holdings Pty Ltd and available at nrltop13.com. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the Game and how it is used. By using the Game you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. The Game itself does not ask you for your name, email, or other personal details to play.

• On-device game data. Your re-roll coins, best team and progress are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not receive a copy of this unless you create an account or make a purchase.
• Account data (only if you sign in / purchase). If you create an account or buy coins, our backend provider (Supabase) and our payment provider (Stripe) store the data needed to run that — e.g. an account identifier and purchase records. We never see or store full card numbers; Stripe handles card data directly.
• Usage & device data. Like most websites, our hosting, analytics and advertising partners may automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser/device type, referring page and pages viewed.

2. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including for advertising.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Game and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.

3. Third-party services we use

• Google AdSense — advertising. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Stripe — payment processing for coin purchases. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — accounts and backend storage. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Netlify — site hosting and traffic measurement.

4. How we use information

To run and improve the Game, deliver and measure ads, process purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Region-specific rights (EEA, UK, California, etc.)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland, California or another region with data-protection laws, you have rights over your data (such as access, correction and deletion). 6. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
